And at most Heart Truth fashion show, many fashion celebrities and designers take part in this event with their new collections of dresses in red. </span><br /><br /><br /><span style="font-size: 10.0pt;"><span style="mso-spacerun: yes;">  </span>The first annual <strong>Heart Truth Fashion Show</strong> was held on March 18, 2008, and the event, was debuted at Toronto's L'Oréal Fashion Week.
